CNet is proud to have helped develop the NEW structure for the Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) Card.
CNet Training, alongside ECA, ECS and industry stakeholders have joined forces to further professionalise the Network Infrastructure Industry by developing a new Occupational Qualification Structure leading to Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) Card recognition.
Those who successfully complete the Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI®), Network Cable Installer (NCI®) Apprenticeship, Certified Network Infrastructure Technician (CNIT®), the Certified Telecommunications Project Management (CTPM®) or the Certified Network Infrastructure Design Professional (CNIDP®) programs are eligible to apply for the relevant ECS card.
The new occupational qualification structure helps to create clear career pathways into the industry and helps to clarify the differences in education, training and experience for those already in the industry.
