The 2023 Data Center Knowledge US IT Salary Survey has reported that further education/training is high on the list of anticipated job perks, coming in 4th on the list of benefits that employees expect to receive. 27% of respondents indicated that they anticipate receiving further education/training during the next 12 months. The survey also found that 35% of respondents rated certification courses as being the most valuable type of training for developing their careers.
