Following a successful external ISO audit visit to HQ just before Christmas to ensure we are maintaining compliance with the ISO 9001 Standard for Quality Management Systems, we’re pleased to announce our continued ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management which helps organisations of all sizes and sectors to improve their performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate their commitment to quality. Our continued certification to this standard recognises the hard work of our staff, who consistently strive to deliver the highest quality service through efficient processes and procedures.
The outcome was a satisfactory external audit with complementary comments on the effective management of our quality systems, products and services. The auditor commented how impressed he was with the team’s knowledge and management of our processes and procedures, and thanked everyone involved for their support and cooperation in the completion of the audit.
