We bid a fond farewell to Emma Fryer as she leaves techUK and also celebrated the amusing techUK (TAG) Data Centres Awards. We are thrilled that CNet’s CEO Andrew Stevens is now firmly part of the Jedi family having won The Jedi Award for Exceptional Willpower.
The award recognises Andrew’s passion and determination in uniting the industry through driving brilliant initiatives such as the successful launch of UTC Heathrow. It was a long time in the making and Andrew’s persistence and tenacity led to one of the most amazing initiatives to help educate the younger generation whilst contributing to tackling the skills shortage.
