
Since 2019, CNet Training have facilitated 130 learners through the Network Cable Installer (NCI) Apprenticeship, both at Dudley College of Technology and Barking & Dagenham College, UK.
Interest in the NCI Apprenticeship has never been higher and CNet have multiple cohorts planned for the remainder of 2022, including one starting in March at Dudley.
CNet currently work closely with 55 network infrastructure organisations throughout the UK, who employ and support apprenticeships; on successful completion of the NCI Apprenticeship, learners gain an internationally and industry recognised three BTEC Level 3 qualifications. Learners are also eligible for an ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) Network Infrastructure Apprentice card (only available in the UK) whilst studying and on successful completion, eligibility for an ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) Network Infrastructure Installer Gold Card (only available in the UK). In addition they will gain other certifications such as NRSWA Guarding and Lighting.
Associated benefits include the ability to build contacts with other like-minded industry professionals and contributing to the changing face of such a fast paced industry.
