Following our approval as Main Provider of Apprenticeships, and in conjunction with National Apprenticeship Week 2023, we would like to introduce the CNet Training Apprenticeship team!
Rob Stonehouse, Apprenticeship Manager (pictured middle): “I manage the Apprenticeship provision at CNet. I’m involved in all the phases of an apprentice’s journey from initial onboarding and induction through to on-program training and end point assessment. This involvement means I work closely with the Sales team, the Technical Development team, and the instructors/assessors in the Operations team. In addition, I work closely with the Finance team and Quality team to ensure that the CNet Apprenticeship program remains compliant with the rules and regulations published by the Department for Education (DfE). Compliance also ensures we provide a high-level service to the apprentices and their employers.”
Melissa Scarfe, Apprenticeship Coordinator & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (pictured right): “My role is to coordinate Apprenticeship sign-up and enrolments and provide ongoing administrative support to the rest of the team. I also assist in ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant ESFA and Ofsted rules and regulations.”
Ken Hillyer, Global Sales Manager (pictured left): “Up until the appointment of Rob, I was the lead at CNet on Apprenticeships. I manage the relationships between other providers, partners, employers, and apprentices. I work with Rob and Melissa to ensure our Apprenticeship provision will reach the high standards people would come to expect of CNet and listen to and review feedback we receive. Along with my colleagues in the Apprenticeship project team, we have spent a long time researching and implementing what we believe to be the best systems and processes to support our current Apprenticeship offering and future standards we may look to deliver.”
