
Findings from the Uptime Institute Global Data Center Survey (2022) have been published, revealing the practices and experiences of data center owners and operators in the areas of performance, resiliency, efficiency and sustainability, staffing and innovative technologies.
The survey found that more than half of data center operators are having difficulty finding suitably qualified candidates for open jobs. Unfortunately this figure has increased by 15% since 2018, highlighting the escalating skills shortage in the industry.
