The key for the entire digital infrastructure industry during this period of uncertainty is to work together and support each other both on a personal and professional level. I personally would like to thank all of CNet customers for supporting our business by trusting in our advice to move their existing CNet education programs from physical classroom attendance to remote attendance. I know for many this has been a leap of faith, but you can be assured that your learning experience will still be second to none.
I had anticipated that our delivery model would move to 90% remote delivery model within the next two years, but I believed it was going to be the Green & Sustainability agenda that drove this cultural change, sadly, it is another serious issue which is forcing that change.
We began developing and deploying our remote attendance capability over 3 years ago, this has included developing our technical delivery capability, teaching our technical Instructors how to deliver with an altered style, adapting in class exercises and producing learner guidance for remote attendance etiquette – we have left no stone unturned in our pursuit of delivery excellence.
I am proud of what we have achieved and the feedback is amazing, especially from learners who were initially sceptical, one example is “I have never seen a system like this where I can see and interact with everyone attending the class, it is really good”
Here at CNet we are doing everything we can to support our colleagues, customers, suppliers and friends.
Thank you all, let’s work together and we will get through this and most importantly keep safe.
Kind regards
Andrew
